The CRU offers care across multiple inpatient departments with diverse patient populations and strong education support. Ideal candidates have an accredited nursing program, active RN license in Illinois, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Lead evidence-based practice and clinical decision making to create a safe patient environment and best patient experience.
