HCA HealthONE Mountain Ridge in Colorado is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator NICU II to lead patient-centered care and coordinate nursing functions during the shift. You will work with the management team to monitor care quality and support staff.

The role emphasizes admission/discharge flow, staff development, scheduling, inventory control, and collaboration with clinical experts to improve outcomes. A strong patient-first philosophy and leadership in nursing initiatives are expected.

Qualifications

• BCLS must be obtained within 30 days of start date.
• Neonatal Resuscitation must be obtained within 30 days of start date.
• RN licensed/registered nurse

Responsabilités

• Assists with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high quality, patient-centered care.
• Participates in ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services in the unit with management.
• Collaborates with subject matter experts and managers to create teamwork that improves outcomes.
• Supports a patient-first philosophy and engages in service recovery when necessary.
• Operationalizes nursing strategies to improve engagement (employee rounding, hourly rounds, and other initiatives).
• Provides recommendations on interviewing, selecting, and training staff; supports actions to improve performance.
• Assists with staff scheduling and manages labor according to patient care needs and productivity guidelines.
• Supports inventory control and assists with managing supplies and equipment.
