Job summary

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care using the Nursing Process.
• Communicate pertinent data to physicians and nurses via SBAR and effective handoff methods.
• Provide patient and family education and participate in discharge planning.
• Maintain safety and infection control practices and proper use of protective equipment.
• Document care accurately in the electronic medical record.
