Job summary

The Christ Hospital Health Network is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Main NICU on a part-time night shift in Cincinnati, OH. The RN will deliver comprehensive nursing care within the NICU, assess patient needs, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include conducting holistic assessments, developing and updating care plans, and ensuring safe patient care with timely documentation and family communication.

Qualifications

• RN license to practice in Ohio is required.
• BSN within 5 years of hire is preferred.
• AD or Diploma in nursing acceptable for hire; BSN strongly encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Perform holistic patient assessments and participate in care planning.
• Communicate plan of care with SBAR to team members.
• Provide evidence-based nursing care per hospital policy.
• Respond to emergencies with precise actions.
• Assist in discharge planning and patient education.
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR.
• Demonstrate professional leadership and ongoing competency.
