Ideal candidates have RN licensure, at least 2 years in charge/coordination, and strong communication and organizational skills, with BLS certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• RN licensure required in hiring state and/or compact licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for patients and families under direction and supervision.
• Direct and supervise RNs, LPNs, students, and other nursing staff to ensure quality patient care.
• Ensure unit operations meet regulatory requirements and standards.
• Participate in education, development, and performance evaluation of personnel.
