Job summary

You will coordinate scheduling for RN staff, train and mentor team members, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while delivering high-quality patient care. The role requires AZ RN licensure and NICU experience, with the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Arizona
• NICU nursing experience preferred
• ACLS/PALS/NRP certifications or equivalents as required by facility

Responsibilities

• Coordinate unit staffing and scheduling of RN staff
• Train and mentor staff; oversee orientation and competency checks
• Provide patient care per established standards and monitor outcomes
• Liaise with pre-hospital providers, nursing staff, and hospital administration
• Oversee departmental operations including breaks and staff releases
