UCHealth is seeking a Charge Registered Nurse for the NICU at Highlands Ranch. This onsite role requires a BSN and RN licensure, with NRP and BLS certifications. Expect night shifts and a demanding, patient‑centered environment where you will lead care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

You will be accountable for direct patient care, while mentoring staff and ensuring evidence-based practice is maintained in a fast-paced NICU setting.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• NRP certification.
• 1 year of nursing experience.
