UCHealth in Aurora, CO is seeking an experienced Charge RN to join our Acute Care Surgical teams on the Anschutz Inpt Pavilion. This full-time, nights position provides direct patient care in a high-acuity setting, utilizing the nursing process and a multidisciplinary approach.

You will collaborate with educators and physicians, mentor new staff, and support evidence-based practice while maintaining a focus on safety, quality, and patient experience.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited RN program and licensed as an RN.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing within three years of assuming the role.
• BLS certification required; relevant certification as determined at position level.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process in a high-acuity Acute Care setting.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Precept and mentor new staff, supporting clinical education and competency validation.
