Qualifications

• RN licensed in Florida.
• Recent Level II NICU experience.
• National certification in specialty within 2 years of hire.
• BLS certification for Healthcare Providers.
• NRP certification.
• Knowledge of nursing process, care coordination, and health care delivery systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead teams.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate patient care area operations for the shift.
• Assign patient care to RNs and related staff.
• Ensure quality nursing services and adherence to standards.
• Participate in hiring, performance reviews, and disciplinary processes.
• Lead interdisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.
• Apply evidence-based practices in patient care.
