Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current Florida RN license; BLS required; NRP certification.
• BSN preferred; NICU specialty certification within 2 years of hire.
• Strong leadership, team coordination, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assigns patient care and unit staffing for RN, CNA, and Ext staff on shift.
• Manages patient flow and uses evidence-based practices for care.
• Participates in hiring, performance reviews and discipline.
• Leads interdisciplinary teams to achieve quality outcomes.
