Job summary

Pivotal Placement Services, Inc. is seeking experienced Neonatal Advanced Practice Providers to support a Level IV NICU. Work with Neonatologists, APRNs, and pediatric specialists to deliver evidence-based neonatal care in a high-acuity setting.

Shifts are 12- or 24-hours with day and night options and no call requirement. Competitive compensation includes a sign-on bonus up to $30,000 and relocation assistance up to $7,500, plus comprehensive insurance and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted APRN license.
• Current BLS and NRP certification.
• Current, unrestricted PA license.
• NCCPA certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care for neonates in a NICU setting in collaboration with supervising neonatologists.
• Attend high-risk deliveries and initiate neonatal resuscitation and stabilization.
• Perform comprehensive newborn assessments and physical examinations; obtain histories.
• Develop and implement care plans with the care team.
• Order and interpret laboratory tests and diagnostic studies.
• Perform procedures within scope of practice.
• Manage general neonatal care including feeding, thermoregulation, and phototherapy.
• Participate in daily rounds and interdisciplinary communication.
