Job summary

Nemours Children's Health in Jacksonville, FL, seeks a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Level IV NICU team. Coverage in both Level II and IV NICUs with a diverse range of neonatal care responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required for NP role.
• National certification in neonatal advanced practice.
• Florida licensure as NP or PA required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to pediatric patients in NICU and related settings.
• Perform history taking and comprehensive physical examinations.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests within scope of practice.
• Plan interventions, medications, and procedures, adjusting as needed.
• Collaborate with care team to support weaning and discharge planning.
