ProSidian Consulting, LLC seeks a Fire Protection Technician to support on-site operations in a high-hazard nuclear cleanup environment. Responsibilities include testing, inspection, and maintenance of fire protection systems, with NFPA code compliance and safety as top priorities.

The role requires NICET certification eligibility, strong documentation, and field coordination. Work is on-site across the Southeast/CONUS region, with exposure to challenging conditions and safety requirements.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED and 1+ year of direct work experience with fire control systems inspection and maintenance.
• NICET level 1 or higher certification is required for consideration.
• To remain in the role, demonstrate knowledge of NFPA codes and standards.

Mansioni

• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain fire protection systems including pumps, detectors, alarms, and valves.
• Apply NFPA codes to mitigate fire and safety risk on-site.
• Conduct system tests, diagnose issues, and coordinate with stakeholders for repairs.
• Interpret blueprints and engineering documents to resolve problems.
• Generate reports and maintain compliance documentation.
