Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience working with fire alarm systems.
• NICET Fire Alarm Level 1 or higher certification; Level 2 preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of NFPA 72 requirements and electrical codes.

Responsibilities

• Service, test, and install fire alarm systems and devices.
• Install and basic programming of fire alarm systems and devices.
• Inspect fire alarm and related systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair alarm system malfunctions.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls and completed work.
• Provide excellent customer service.
