Job summary

Sarian Solutions, Inc. seeks a seasoned IT professional with 7+ years of experience in NICE v3.1/4.1 systems to provide production support and monitor call/voice recording environments. The role requires handling L1–L3 support, incident management, and weekend coverage when necessary.

• Experience in incident and problem management and ability to identify cross functional or technical issues and troubleshooting skills.
• Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends to handle high priority issues, production recoveries, and support releases.

• Provide production support for NICE v3.1/4.1 systems (L1/L2/L3).

Responsibilities

• 7+ years of relevant IT experience in NICE v3.1/4.1 systems (mandatory)


• Experience with call and voice recordings systems.


• Awareness of maintenance activities/health checks for NICE systems and NICE perform applications.


• Experience of handling various production support roles (technical – L1/L2/L3) and hands-on experience in using at least 2-3 widely used Monitoring / Scheduling tools.


• Experience in incident and problem management and the ability to identify cross functional or technical issues and trouble shooting skills.


• Ability to be flexible enough to work for extended hours and on weekends as needed to handle high priority issues, production recoveries, provide support to development & infrastructure releases.
