Job summary

First National Bank in Pittsburgh, PA, is seeking a Lead Application Analyst to lead development, production support and platform maintenance for the NICE Actimise suite. This on-site role requires expert knowledge of Actimise architecture, integrations, data flows and APIs, with hands-on leadership of vendor resources.

You will guide project teams across risk, fraud and AML initiatives, manage performance, troubleshooting, and deployment in enterprise environments, and collaborate with business

Qualifications

• Minimum of six (6) years of experience in enterprise software solutions.
• Advanced experience with SQL, PL/SQL, SQL Server, SSIS and data analysis.
• Hands-on experience with NICE Actimise solutions and modules.
• Experience leading technical efforts and coordinating vendors/contractors.
• Experience with real-time monitoring, fraud or AML initiatives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, production support, platform maintenance and strategic initiatives for NICE Actimise.
• Provide technical leadership for complex projects and guide vendor resources.
• Troubleshoot Actimise production environments and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to deliver critical capabilities.
• Develop work plans, estimate projects and manage service demand forecasts.
• Lead teams, coordinate tasks and manage risk within Agile/Hybrid environments.
