Job summary

Essex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a FM Supervisor for St Margaret's Hospital, Epping. The role covers supervising cleaning, catering, portering, linen and laundry, with day-to-day oversight and customer liaison.

You will work a 37.5 hour week with unsocial hours pay where applicable and must hold a valid UK driving licence. This Band 3 post requires right to work in the UK and does not sponsor visa applications.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising facilities management services.
• Ability to liaise with customers and staff at multiple sites.
• UK driving licence and right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Co-supervise FM services day-to-day across assigned location(s).
• Act as point of contact for FM issues, coordinating with the FM team.
• Ensure cleanliness and compliance with Food Safety and Health & Safety rules.
• Support management of FM Assistants and related tasks.
