Job summary

Qualifications

• Facilities experience in a supervisory role.
• Hold or be prepared to work towards IOSHH Managing Safety.
• Preferably have CIEH Level 3 Food Safety qualification.
• Excellent IT and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Facilities Site Manager in the day to day smooth running of the Soft FM service.
• Oversee portering, cleaning, catering and linen duties and ensure safe service delivery.
• Communicate effectively with site occupiers to minimise disruption.
• Coordinate with Hard FM contractor to deliver efficient operations.
• Support budget management and procurement with external suppliers.
• Ensure grounds, gardens, and cleaning schedules are maintained.
• Conduct performance and development reviews in line with Trust guidelines.
• Maintain Health and Safety compliance for an NHS inpatient site.
