Job summary

Practice Plus Group is seeking an NHS 111 Clinical Advisor for hybrid working arrangements. The role rewards 24.47 per hour day rates, with an enhanced 27.83 per hour and 30.60 per hour for weekends.

• Pathways trained CAs with Core Module 1 and Clinical Modules 1 & 2

Responsibilities

• Join a supportive and dynamic team as Clinical Advisor and build on Nursing or Paramedic experience to deliver patient care.
• Attend local site regularly with a minimum of 24 hours per month to support Health Advisors on site.
• Deliver high quality clinical advice and maintain productivity targets while working in a hybrid structure.

We are particularly interested in hearing from f ully qualified Pathways Advisors who have successfully completed Core Module 1 and Clinical Modules 1 & 2 , are up to date with all mandatory training requirements, and are PACCs trained .

Here at Practice Plus Group, we have an excellent opportunity to join our team as a Clinical Advisor and build on your Nursing or Paramedic experience and continue to deliver outstanding patient care – without the physical demand of acute work.

To be considered for future homeworking opportunities, advisors must demonstrate a minimum of six months' performance with acceptable audit scores, good attendance in line with policy, no live formal disciplinary or capability management processes, and achievement of a minimum productivity of 3.8 cases per hour (CPH). All homeworkers are expected to maintain this productivity standard, and homeworking eligibility may be reviewed or withdrawn in line with the Homeworking SOP where required. You will be expected to attend your local site regularly with a minimum requirement of
24 hours per month as we need Clinicians on site to support the Health Advisors when needed.

You`ll receive:

• Pay: £ 24.47 per hour (7am-11pm) and £ 27.83 per hour (11pm-7am), with further pay enhancements of £ 30.60 per hour when working between Friday 18:00 to Monday 7:00am. Please note that the weekend rate is guaranteed but it is not contractual, it is just an incentive for working unsociable hours
• Any training hours will be paid at £ 24.47 per hour
• 25 days’ annual leave, increasing with service up to 28 days per year + bank holidays.
