Qualifications

• Must hold Massachusetts Home Inspector license and NHIE certification.
• Per MA standards of practice, perform comprehensive residential inspections.
• Excellent observation and attention to detail to identify issues.
• Able to work independently in field and manage multiple inspections weekly.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough residential inspections covering structural and mechanical systems.
• Conduct pre-purchase and pre-listing inspections to inform buyers/sellers.
• Navigate attics and crawl spaces to assess conditions.
• Provide clear, detailed findings and digital reports to clients.
