Job summary

Watchmaker Genomics, Inc. in Boulder, CO (or remote) seeks a Product Manager for the NGS portfolio. This full-time role reports to the Senior Product Manager, DNA, and drives growth through new product development and lifecycle management.

The ideal candidate has MSc in Molecular Biology/Biochemistry (or related) with 4+ years in industry; PM experience preferred; travel approx. 20% (domestic and international). The position offers base pay $110,000–$130,000 with bonus and equity.

Qualifications

• MSc in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry or related field required.
• Minimum 4 years of industry experience, including R&D.
• Product Management experience preferred; customer-facing roles a plus.
• Experience in launching new products and part of NPD core team.

Responsibilities

• Champion the DNA NGS portfolio and align with adjacent portfolios.
• Translate market needs into prioritized product requirements with R&D.
• Collaborate with Sales to drive adoption and key collaborations.
• Develop product strategies, pricing, documentation, and sales enablement.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver product commercialization.
• Own lifecycle performance and market analyses.
• Communicate with stakeholders through regular business reviews.
