Watchmaker Genomics is seeking a strategic Director of Product Management to lead the PM function across our NGS, MDx, and enzyme portfolios from Boulder, CO (preferred) or remote. The role shapes multi-year roadmaps, guides portfolio investments, and aligns product development with business goals.

The Director will mentor Product Managers, partner with R&D, Commercial, Marketing, and executives to translate market needs into innovative life science products and durable growth.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years in life sciences, genomics, or molecular diagnostics.
• 5+ years in product management with ownership of strategy, roadmaps, and commercialization.
• 5+ years of people management leading Product Managers.
• MS degree required; PhD or MBA preferred.
• Strong technical understanding of NGS and molecular diagnostics.

• Define and drive multi-year product strategy across NGS, MDx, and enzyme portfolios.
• Lead portfolio planning, investments, and pricing strategies.
• Develop and mentor a team of Product Managers.
• Collaborate with R&D, Commercial, Marketing, and executive leadership.
