Watchmaker Genomics, Inc. in Boulder, CO (remote option) seeks a Product Manager, RNA NGS (open to Senior Product Manager) to guide the RNA portfolio, driving growth through new product development and lifecycle management.

You will report to the Associate Director of NGS Product Management and work with R&D, Applications, Sales, and Marketing on strategy and execution. The ideal candidate has deep molecular biology and RNA sequencing experience, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to

Qualifications

• BS with 8-10 years or MS with 6+ years in relevant field.
• Product Management experience strongly preferred; cross-functional leadership.
• Experience in RNA sequencing or transcriptomics workflows.
• Ability to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as organizational expert and champion for the RNA NGS portfolio.
• Develop and execute product and application strategies for the RNA portfolio, including market opportunity assessments and roadmap prioritization.
• Translate market and customer needs into prioritized product requirements with R&D input.
• Partner with Sales to engage key customers and expand into new markets.
• Translate insights into differentiated value propositions with Product Marketing.
• Manage commercialization and lifecycle management, including pricing and training.
• Lead cross-functional collaborations to ensure successful product launches.
• Identify opportunities to expand RNA portfolio into new applications and workflows.
• Own lifecycle performance and monitor revenue, adoption, and risks.
• Lead portfolio communications and governance with regular business reviews.
