Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with NGS and Genomics data and analysis.
• Experience in an external customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer informatics needs and define data journey and analysis solutions.
• Test, deploy, automate, run and support NGS informatics tools.
• Troubleshoot data analysis issues for internal/external customers.
• Benchmark and evaluate pipeline performance; implement improvements.
• Educate sales and support on NGS/data requirements and customers' data journey.
• Be the voice of the customer to influence product development cores.
