Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in molecular biology, biochemistry, genetics, or related field; 3+ to 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on NGS workflow expertise and experience with process or product development.
• Experience with quality documentation, technology transfer, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute experiments including NGS library prep from various samples.
• Optimize QC assays and own low-complexity projects; troubleshoot reagents and assays.
• Update manufacturing documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer to operations.
• Communicate data clearly to stakeholders.
