Job summary

Vantage Elevation, LLC is seeking a Nexus Technical Support Specialist to serve as the primary technical resource for customers, distributors, field technicians, and internal teams. The role focuses on troubleshooting and providing practical solutions for the Nexus Elevator Control System.

The ideal candidate has strong electromechanical aptitude and can communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Engineering Technology, Industrial Technology, Electronics, Mechanical Technology, Aviation Maintenance, HVAC, or related field preferred; equivalent combo considered.
• 3–5 years of technical support/field service experience in industrial equipment.
• Experience troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, or electromechanical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, wiring diagrams, and manuals.
• Strong diagnostic, analytical, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support by phone, email, and other channels to customers and internal teams.
• Develop subject-matter expertise on the Nexus Elevator Control System.
• Troubleshoot electrical and electromechanical issues using docs and diagrams.
• Guide field personnel through structured troubleshooting steps.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Sales to resolve issues.
• Support warranty evaluations and recommend actions.
• Travel to customer sites or locations for on-site support.
