Job summary

Matlen Silver seeks a Software Engineer, Nexthink Developer to implement Nexthink across Charlotte NC, Raleigh NC, or Atlanta GA. The role focuses on proactively identifying technology issues, automating remediation, and reducing Service Desk workload.

You will manage dashboards, campaigns, and remote actions while collaborating with IT teams. The position requires 1–3 years of PowerShell experience, Windows endpoint support, and familiarity with Intune/MECM/Workspace ONE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, IS, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years of experience developing or supporting PowerShell scripts and automation.
• Experience supporting Windows desktop and laptop environments.
• Familiarity with endpoint management platforms (Intune, MECM/SCCM, Workspace ONE or similar).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Nexthink platform and day-to-day operations.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for endpoints.
• Assist in Nexthink investigations, dashboards, and campaigns.
• Analyze endpoint performance and user experience data.
• Collaborate with engineering, support, and operations teams.
• Document processes and SOPs.
• Support software deployment and endpoint management.
• Assist with platform upgrades and testing.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of service quality.
