Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience supporting an EHR system in a healthcare setting.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to end users across clinical and operational teams.
• Triage system issues and perform initial testing of minor changes.
• Assists in delivering EHR training to new staff and providers.
