LCBC Church’s Next Steps Director in Lackawanna County will engage people in the LCBC community, build and sustain groups, and recruit volunteers to support Next Steps classes, Baptism processes, and giving initiatives. The role requires weekend presence, leadership in Care Ministries, and collaboration with campus pastors to advance LCBC’s mission.

• Demonstrated experience in a professional, multi-task and multi-staff environment with a track record of achieving goals.
• Strong written and oral communications skills.

Mansioni

• Has visible presence connecting with people in the atrium on weekends.
• Achieve 60% group engagement on the campus, predominantly in small Groups.
• Oversee and coordinate onsite, offsite, and online Groups for the LCBC location.
• Identify and develop Leaders for the above Group environments.
• Manage Care Ministries systems, participate in Pastoral Response Team rotation, Benevolence Team and chaplains-on-call.
