The Life Church in New York seeks a Next Steps Coordinator to lead a thriving volunteer team and create environments where people feel known and loved. This role partners with individuals to shape lasting faith and oversees multiple ministry areas crucial to spiritual development.

We value ministry experience, but prioritize a proven leader in recruiting, developing, and caring for others who loves the local church and brings energy, excellence, and spiritual leadership to its people.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Location Pastor in building a life-giving, vibrant culture at The Life Church.
• Lead and develop the Next Steps Team to serve with passion, excellence and consistency.
• Ensure every salvation decision is supported and encouraged by leading the Fresh Start Team.
• Create meaningful Discovery experiences by driving attendance and impact through proactive communication, preparing environments and lessons, and leading the team with clarity and purpose.
• Develop leaders and build the Life Group culture while taking responsibility for its effectiveness, reporting and measurable outcomes.
• Oversee Water Baptisms by coordinating registrant touchpoints and logistics for a seamless moment.
• Facilitate the local experience for Leadership Foundations and Life Leadership Bible College with on-site support.
• Strategically support the Location Pastor in coordinating, mobilizing and tracking pastoral care.
• Assist in planning, preparation and execution of churchwide events.
• Provide leadership during weekend services, regular office hours, and occasional evenings for ministerial volunteer connections and events.

What You Will Do

• Support the Location Pastor in building a life-giving, vibrant culture at The Life Church.
• Lead and develop the Next Steps Team to serve with passion, excellence and consistency.
• Ensure every individual who makes a salvation decision is supported and encouraged in this special step by leading the Fresh Start Team.
• Create meaningful Discovery experiences by driving attendance and impact through proactive communication, preparing environments and lessons, and leading the team with clarity and purpose.
• Develop leaders and build the Life Group culture while taking responsibility for its effectiveness, reporting and measurable outcomes.
• Oversee Water Baptisms by coordinating all registrant touchpoints and managing logistics to ensure a seamless, celebratory moment for every individual.
• Facilitate the local experience for Leadership Foundations and Life Leadership Bible College by driving enrollment and providing on-site support for participants throughout the process.
• Strategically support the Location Pastor in coordinating, mobilizing and tracking pastoral care.
• Assist in the planning, preparation and execution of churchwide events.
• Provide leadership during weekend services, regular office hours, and occasional evenings for ministerial volunteer connections and special events.
