Responsibilities

• Support the Location Pastor in building a vibrant church culture.
• Drive attendance and impact through proactive communication and events.
• Lead the Fresh Start Team to support new visitors.
• Develop leaders and grow Life Group culture with measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate pastoral care and outreach initiatives.
• Oversee baptism logistics and registrations.
• Support Leadership Foundations, Courses, and Bible School on-site.
• Lead Next Steps volunteer team with passion and consistency.
• Coordinate Serve Days, Doorstep Delivery, and community engagement.
• Provide leadership during weekend services, office hours, and occasional evenings.
