Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking a senior robotics professional to drive scalable Physical AI and robotics initiatives. You will work on AMRs, drones, quadrupeds, humanoids, and AI-powered platforms, collaborating with engineering, AI, and strategy experts.

You will help shape technology roadmaps, engage with clients, and lead cross-functional teams through PoC, pilot, and production rollout while traveling to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with classical robotics technologies: ROS/ROS2, motion planning, sensor fusion, and simulation environments.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Products, HPS, Resources, CMT, or related industries (Automotive, Life Sciences, Public Services preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading technical workstreams (e.g., Solution Architect, Tech Lead).
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading robotics, software, or technology consulting projects in industrial/research settings.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead Physical AI/Robotics solutions for client operations.
• Develop scalable Physical AI architectures with autonomy and real-time systems.
• Manage a Physical AI/Robotics Centre of Excellence (3–10 people) across PoC, pilot, and production rollout.
• Conduct benchmarks, venture screenings, and create robust demo/test setups with foundation models.
• Coordinate with clients and ecosystem partners (NVIDIA, Boston Dynamics, Universal Robots) from roadmap to implementation.
• Contribute to Next-Gen Robotics strategy and enablement initiatives.
• Engage with project teams and client stakeholders to create standout offerings.
• Develop relationships with clients and build trust with key advisors.
