Responsibilities

• Lead the transfer of systems from R&D to production, collaborating with science and engineering teams.
• Investigate how designed systems affect process quality, speed, and yield.
• Develop solutions to improve throughput, uniformity, and reliability.
• Collaborate on equipment design for process optimization across mechanical, electrical, laser, and related manufacturing tech.
• Document designs with drawings and supplier specifications.
• Create SOPs for production release and operator training.
• Travel to other sites including the NJ Labs facility as needed.
