Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant engineering field.
• 2–5 years of engineering experience and process engineering background.
• Strong root-cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsabilidades

• Learn and understand draw processes such as forming and coating.
• Design, develop, and improve manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Conduct experiments and root-cause analysis to identify improvements.
• Support innovation testing on development assets and equipment.
• Translate findings into engineering requirements and designs.
• Drive yield, productivity, quality, and cost improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new products.
