Southern Glazer's Wine and Spirits in Santa Fe Springs, CA is launching the 2027 NextGen Operations Program. The program develops future operations leaders through rotations in Logistics, Warehousing, and Distribution with leadership coaching and national exposure.

Graduates will rotate across outbound, inbound, and inventory control while completing a Capstone project for SGWS executives. Program starts July 2027 and offers strong mentoring and structured training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be graduating with a Bachelor’s or Associate degree (December 2025 or May 2026).
• Interest in logistics, supply chain, or warehousing with leadership potential.
• Comfort with data, analytics, and technology.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across core functions and take on leadership assignments and projects.
• Lead and manage operational improvement projects with measurable results.
• Support supervisors in day-to-day operations and motivate frontline employees.
• Analyze processes and identify efficiency, safety, and engagement opportunities.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leaders.
