Job summary

Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits invites December 2027 or May 2028 graduates to join its Operations internship in Santa Fe Springs, CA. The program exposes you to wine and spirits distribution, with hands-on experience in distribution center operations and SCM technology, including SAP and JDA.

Earn an hourly rate of $25, and gain broad exposure across warehousing, inventory, demand planning, inbound/outbound logistics, and safety.

Qualifications

• Reside in the internship vicinity or have housing options.
• 21 years of age or older at start of internship.
• Preferred degrees: Business Administration/Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Leadership.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple projects.
• Teamwork approach to achieving goals.
• Attention to detail and strong communication.
• Self-starter with demonstrated leadership experience.
• Working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Shadow SCM leadership and tour distribution centers.
• Work on functions: Warehouse Management, Inventory, Demand Planning, Replenishment, Inbound Transportation, Delivery, EHS, Fleet, SCM Technology.
