Job summary

Concord Church is seeking a Next Gen Coordinator to serve as the operational connector for the Next Gen ministries. You will translate the director's vision into coordinated systems and execution, owning key calendars, check-in environments, onboarding, and data reporting.

You will support the Next Gen Director and Student Ministry initiatives, requiring strong organization, communication, and confidentiality in a fast-paced church environment. Evening and weekend work is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of ministry coordination or event planning.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Touchpoint preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the master Next Gen ministry calendar and scheduling.
• Oversee the Next Gen Check-In system and volunteer team.
• Coordinate onboarding, training, certifications, and required documentation.
• Maintain accurate ministry data, reports, and dashboards.
• Provide monthly budget monitoring and financial administration support.
• Coordinate operational support for shared Next Gen initiatives and projects.
• Support Student Ministry coordination and related grouping duties.
• Attend required trainings and complete assigned duties.
