Job summary

Church at The Mill seeks a Student Ministry Administrative Coordinator to partner with the NextGen Ministry Director and Student Ministry team. This role provides administrative leadership and supports high-level ministry to students and families while actively engaging with students, parents, and Adult Volunteer Leaders.

Responsibilities span program development, guest assimilation, data analytics, budgeting, communications, school partnerships, events, and pastoral support across campuses,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in ministry or management, or 3+ years in a similar role.
• Proven leadership and administrative abilities within a ministry context.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative leadership and support for high-level student ministry operations.
• Coordinate weekly/monthly programming setup across campuses.
• Manage data analytics, reporting, and budget-related tasks.
• Oversee volunteer coaches and internship programs.
• Assist in guest assimilation and follow-up with students and families.
• Support communications with parents, students, and volunteers.
• Lead in special events planning and master planning documents.
• Ensure facilities care and staff meeting facilitation.
