Regions seeks a Marketing Channel Strategist to advocate for marketing across channels, consolidate business needs, and guide decisions for the Decisioning Program leadership team.

You will partner with Marketing and Marketing Technology, define channel requirements, and help shape personalized journeys and multi-channel strategies while tracking performance against goals and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Five years of experience in marketing, banking or sales.
• Working knowledge of outbound, inbound, and digital marketing tools, technologies, and strategies.
• MBA or relevant post graduate degree.

Responsibilities

• Grows and evolves understanding of channels and channel objectives; acts as partner with stakeholders.
• Develops channel strategies and marketing tactics, including personalization and customer journeys.
• Collaborates with Marketing, Marketing Technology, Channel Owners, and SMEs to implement strategies.
• Articulates needs and ensures plans for capabilities and communication.
• Reviews feedback on customer and banker experience with the program.
• Identifies feature needs and process improvements for the channels.
