Qualifications

• 5+ years growing a newsletter, subscription, or DTC product through paid social.
• Hands-on Meta ads experience with real attribution.
• Track record of managing and scaling an ad budget profitably.
• Referral or viral-growth program experience.
• Strong analytics: CAC and LTV modeling.
• Scrappy, test-everything mindset with growth ideas.

Responsibilities

• Run and scale paid social acquisition (Meta, Instagram, etc.), from briefs to targeting to daily optimization.
• Manage daily ad budget and grow it as profitability is proven.
• Own and optimize referral programs across newsletters: incentives, mechanics, spend.
• Invent growth plays: lead magnets, partnerships, cross-promos, viral loops, landing-page tests.
• Build CAC, LTV, and payback by channel; set up attribution dashboards.
• Report weekly on growth metrics and optimize spend by performance.
• Coordinate with editorial to align growth with content goals.
