No prior workers’ compensation experience required. The New Attorney Growth Program provides progressively increased responsibility as you learn the fundamentals and work with the team.

Qualifications

• Recent California Bar admission or pending status.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.

What You’ll Do

As part of our New Attorney Growth Program, you will receive training and progressively increased responsibility, including:

• Learning workers’ compensation case fundamentals and workflow
• Working closely with intake and support teams to evaluate and open cases
• Managing workers’ compensation files from beginning to end (with support staff)
• Assisting with and conducting depositions as you progress

  Qualifications

  • Recently admitted to the California Bar (or pending admission)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Professional, reliable, and client-focused
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast‑paced environment
  • Comfortable receiving feedback and training
  • Strong communication skills
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
