Law Offices of Bob Nehora, a growing California firm, seeks an entry-level Workers’ Compensation Attorney to join a structured training and growth program. This role is ideal for a motivated attorney looking to gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and a clear path to advancement.

No prior workers’ compensation experience required. You’ll train with intake teams, manage cases, and progress toward a supervisory role within about two years, with mentorship and a clear path to advancement.

Qualifications

• Recently admitted to the California Bar (or pending admission).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Professional, reliable, and client-focused.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable receiving feedback and training.
• Strong communication skills.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learning workers’ compensation case fundamentals and workflow.
