Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) is seeking a Health Professional III to support the Newborn Screening Program in Denver. The role focuses on education, outreach, and data-driven program activities to improve newborn health outcomes in Colorado.

You will develop educational resources, coordinate outreach events, manage data, and collaborate with healthcare facilities, providers, and labs to ensure timely follow-up and proper communication of abnormal newborn screen

Competenze

• Six (6) years of relevant experience working in community health outreach, public health, public education, and/or public administration or in an occupation related to the work assigned to this position.

Mansioni

• Education & Outreach: develop, review, and distribute educational materials for parents, birthing centers, midwives, pediatricians, staff, peers, and community partners; coordinate on-site or virtual education visits; present at meetings and events; communicate policies clearly to diverse stakeholders.
