Pediatrix Medical Group seeks an entry-level Newborn Hearing Screen Technician to perform hospital-based hearing screens and educate families on the importance of early intervention. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain upon offer.
• Weekend and national holiday availability required.
• Entry level; newborn experience preferred (1–3 months).

Responsibilities

• Perform newborn hearing screens in hospital settings.
• Educate parents on the relevance and next steps of screening.
• Collect demographics and document results accurately.
• Upload screen data and reports by end of each shift.
• Schedule outpatient follow-up appointments when needed.
