• Demonstrated skill in data management and analysis.
• Broad knowledge of patient experience concepts and industry trends.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment of rapidly changing priorities and frequent interruptions.
• Ability to use electronic health records and standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Outlook); willingness to learn internal data and documentation systems.
• Ability to successfully represent UC Irvine Health to the external community.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate newborn family screening and risk assessment using Bridges tool.
• Ensure prescreening, eligibility determinations, and referrals to enhanced services.

• Provide non-clinical bedside education and support to postpartum families.
• Collaborate with nursing, case management, social work, physicians, lactation consultants, and community partners.
• Educate hospital staff on program workflows and resources.
• Monitor program performance metrics to ensure contract compliance and outcomes.
