Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. is seeking a proactive Provider Partnership Manager to launch in New York, building Sailor’s local presence from the ground up across health systems, primary care practices, senior living communities, home care agencies, and community organizations.

You’ll spend 4–5 days weekly in the field meeting partners, cultivate relationships, educate providers on Sailor Health’s services, and drive referral growth as the trusted behavioral health partner for older adults.

Qualifications

• Built relationships from scratch in high-activity sales/development roles.
• Entrepreneurial and resourceful with quick learning in ambiguity.
• Exceptional attention to detail and CRM discipline.

Responsibilities

• Build Referral Partnerships with physicians, care coordinators, social workers, and senior-focused organizations.
• Own Territory Growth by adding partners and driving outreach across the local ecosystem.
• Operate in the Field 4–5 days per week meeting partners in person.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally with clinical, operations, and patient experience teams.
• Present to groups and build 1-on-1 relationships, strategic at territory level.
