Job summary

NEP Group, Inc. is seeking a Site Manager for our New York Connected Solutions facility. This hands-on leader will oversee daily site execution across production support, facility operations, and local production activity, coordinating with engineering and technical operations to ensure reliability, client service, and operational discipline.

Salary is $120,000 - $150,000 per year. The Site Manager will be highly visible, engaging with clients and local teams, and accountable for readiness,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in live production, broadcast operations, or related operational leadership environments.
• Experience leading or coordinating small teams and freelance resources in client-facing live production.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the New York Site: serve as on-site leader for the facility, ensuring professional, client-ready operations.
• Document, adopt, and enforce SOPs, runbooks, and facility workflows.
• Bridge engineering and operations to translate needs and priorities across groups.
• Support facility scheduling, resource planning, and capacity visibility for growth.
• Maintain facility readiness, workplace standards, and local office culture.
• Partner with Sales and Account Management for customer meetings and activations.
• Manage local CS team, including freelance resources, and drive culture and accountability.
• Budget and cost management for day-to-day operations and local needs.
