Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in live production, broadcast operations, streaming operations, media facilities, or related leadership roles.
• Strong client-service orientation with experience supporting major customers or high-profile productions.
• Able to manage local operating expenses, staffing, vendors, and day-to-day priorities.

• Lead the New York Site: on-site leader ensuring professional, client-ready facility.
• Document, adopt, and enforce SOPs, runbooks, and facility workflows.
• Bridge engineering and operations; translate needs across groups.
• Manage local CS team and freelance resources, ensuring performance and engagement.
• Oversee budget, staffing, and facility costs within targets.
