Job summary

Acara Solutions, Inc. is seeking a hybrid Controller to partner with the CEO on financial strategy, budgeting, and cash flow. You will lead a finance team, ensure accurate reporting across multiple entities, and strengthen internal controls.

The role demands hands-on leadership as well as strategic oversight, with experience in multi-entity accounting, consolidation, and cash management in inventory-heavy businesses. CPA preferred and experience in startup or high-growth environments is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Controller or Director of Finance with strategic and hands-on accounting.
• Experience in multi-entity accounting and consolidation.
• Strong cash management and working capital control in inventory-heavy businesses.
• Startup or high-growth experience and building structure from scratch.
• CPA designation preferred.
