The role emphasizes fast, creative thinking, excellent written English, and the ability to manage multiple requests end-to-end.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in busy hospitality, travel, concierge or similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of New York dining, entertainment and activities.
• Excellent written English with warm, engaging communication.

Responsibilities

• Make it personal: tailor recommendations to each member.
• Bring New York to life with restaurants, experiences and events.
• Plan trips: research flights, hotels and experiences.
• Think creatively to find unique options.
